Hi all,

Wanted to see if anyone has had success hiring a leasing agent to do showings as well as run Airbnb. Our company is a property management company that also buys apartments. We've done a few interviews now and haven't found a good fit. Anyone have some secret tips for finding a great leasing agent/Airbnb host?

@Susan Tan whoa blast from the past. We still will do cash for keys if they will take it as it lowers the cost and time of getting a bad tenant out of the property. Particularly now some judges are being very strict on if you followed the rules or not. If you want more specific information regarding your situation don't hesitate to reach out. We now manage 650 doors in the Houston area and I have a lot of experience with this issue.

Hey guys,

Has anyone found a good strategy for finding listing agents. We are looking for someone that is looking for some side cash in Houston to show units we have for rent, check up on make readys, potentially help with our Airbnbs, etc. Typically we have used young agents getting their feet on the ground in the RE game, but been tough to find new folks. Curious if anyone has found someone in Houston using a particular strategy as I would like to mimic it.

StageCoach Management is looking for a marketing intern in Houston, TX. Remote working is potentially ok. Problems we need solved:

1) Develop marketing plan that leads to business growth development. We have no trouble creating content, but this is more around organizing it in a visually effective way.

2) Create with our team a business development checklist to identify effective metrics for growth.

3) Research other industry experts and create new ideas/campaigns for growth.

About our company:

StageCoach started in March of 2015. We began investing in single family and quickly grew into multifamily investing. As part of our growth we began managing units for other owners in the greater Houston area. Today StageCoach has ownership in 18.3M in property and manages another 15M.

@Mary Imonina feel free to email me and I'll message you here with a link to our website. It's true that we have fewer units available as many have been rented by STR folks.
