@Jack Bobeck the riverside/ San Marco area is becoming more night life popular and I feel like it is a great opportunity for investors but I am worried about going too far west. I love the Arlington area I was just looking for some prospective on outside of the 32225,46,4,50 area codes since it is really all i know. I am open to all areas of I can find a deal that works within my budget.

I am from Jacksonville but grew up in east arlington. Are there any pockets on that side of town that are “safe” to invest in. Housing is significantly cheaper then near the beaches but I’m just not sure it will pay off in the long run. Tenants, Equity, etc. Thank you in advance!
