Congratulations James. How's the renovation going? I'm in Long Beach and familiar with the area.

Unfortunately, I went to the hotel at the time specified and was told the event wasn't there. I also went to the other hotel and the event wasn't there. I drove from Long Beach and cleared my schedule to attend. I was very disappointed.  I hope that the next event will have the correct information posted.

@Paula Hernandez First of all, Breathe you will get through this!!! Second, do the math and tally costs both monetary and emotional....is it better to get an attorney and go thru eviction process or give her the incentive to get out. Either way, I do encourage getting legal advice. Sometimes I cant believe people can be so....

Best of luck. I feel for you as I've had my share of harsh lessons. Again breathe,no regrets only lessons. You are on right path and getting sage advice from forum.

Hi,

I have a dear friend who will be relocating to the Lakeshores area of Michigan. She mentioned places like Grand Haven.  She has asked me to help her find an agent. She is a single mother of two children. She is looking for a home to settle down and raise her two girls. Any tips on what she should be asking a prospective agent? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Kathy

@Adam Zdunek   This is great information. Thank you. I hadn't considered that they may discontinue the insurance after move in. Yes, please provide me your information. You never know when we'll need it.
