I am new to SC as well.  I have started researching areas to invest in and signed up for receiving the new listings daily from a realtors company page.   I also get the weekly paper that publishes the legal notices.  I drive in different areas to see the housing make up as well.

I am a new invester learning my way around the whole process.   I have a PA real estate license in escrow and I wanted to get input on the pros and cons of getting my SC license as an investor.
