I need someone to stuff envelopes, stamp and seal letters, etc. Has anyone else got a part-time person doing this for them? If so, what is the going rate?

Sorry, but what is NCOA?

This is probably going to be a dumb newbie question, but....do you buy an absentee owner list only once? The list doesn't change that much from month to month of does it? And I wouldn't I be just buying a lot of duplicates every month?

When you come to the meetings you get an email list of all attendees. I just emailed everyone that was at the meeting last night the list of attendees and their emails.
