Any updates on this? I’m on the same boat. Regret using this service. Have set up rents with tenants and now I am not sure if it’ll go through or not 
Same exactly here. Signed lease and set up payment with Zillow rental portal, first got blocked yesterday, then my claim shows resolved while it shows my account is now disabled instead. Out of rage terrible service.

Hello. My Zillow account was disabled today due to an inappropriate comment a made to a prospective tenant about Emotional Support Animals. I was totally worng. I new I was wrong after sending uit but could not delete it. The person reported me. Has anyone had their whole account disabled? If so, did you get is back?

  • Single-family homes rented without a broker. The FHA doesn't apply when a single-family house is sold or rented without a broker, so long as the owner doesn't own more than three houses.

Does anyone on this forum not accept emotional support animals based on the fact that they own less than 4 rental homes? I would love to hear your experiences.
