Hello there! I'm a little late to the post, but I'm also an agent in the metro Atlanta area. I'd love to connect with investors and assist in any way I can.

I'm a Realtor® and I live in East Point. I've also had improvements to my house and had no problems obtaining permits. The appeal is the proximity to the city without having to endure 285 traffic and its proximity to the airport. I would love to connect with investors who are interested in the area!

I'm new to the world of real estate investing and look forward to meeting everyone!

I was thinking that the conflict would arise because of my being an independent contractor for the broker once I'm licensed. I'll definitely check the requirements for my state as well. Thanks for the information! 

I'm in the process of obtaining my license with a long term goal of investing. If I have my license and work for a broker, am I permitted to also do business investment deals independently?  Would that be considered a conflict of interest?
