Hi Josh, I will be sending my resume shortly.  

I started a Real Estate investing business this year, under an international real estate program.  My former background is in the medical field and I am currently working part-time in a high-end retail sales position.  I really want to immerse myself in real estate and believe this would be a great opportunity to leave J.O.B world and work where my passion lies, while I build my real estate portfolio.  I have all the above skills and them some.
