@Micah Redden thanks for hosting this event. This was my first meeting with REI and I learned quite

a lot about the ins and outs and ups and downs of rehabbing; and still a lot more to learn.  There's no two rehabs alike!

What an amazing rollercoaster inspiring journey @Brie Schmidt.  I had to catch my breath just reading all that has happened for you in 3 short years. WOW! Congratulations!  Now I know my Mission is definitely Possible with BiggerPockets on my side.  This is the most open, sincere, sharing, incredible forum I have ever been on and it stems from the heart of the founders.

@Billy Maloney Yes, we all have to deal with F.E.A.R (false evidence appearing real). :-)  The difference is trusting in yourself anyway, in spite of it, and stepping out.  The experience and wisdom of a mentor to validate what you already know, but doubt, is life affirming.

@Dennis Orlov What an amazing transformation!  Congratulations on your first flip!  What area of Lawrenceville is the house located in?

What a great story @Billy Maloney! This has made my day. I'm even nervous about deals in my city, let alone deals unseen. This is a testament to having great mentorship, a great team, and crunching the numbers correctly. Congratulations!

Wow! Thanks Christopher. Do you have any idea what the margin of error is like? And where are these sites getting their numbers from? I work with Real Estate Agents, although I prefer to do my own research, but with a FSBO, I would have to ask them a favor.

Does anyone know a good website to analyze and calculate comps.  I was told Zillow was

not accurate.  Currently I'm using Total View Real Estate, and their website definitely needs to

be updated.
