My company uses Rent Manager and i'm thinking of making a switch to a more user friendly software. I currently manage 500 units, so we pay a premium for software. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has switch to another software company or has one they enjoy using.

Thanks!!!!!

I would appreciate any advise on buying property at the courthouse. What do you look for? Red flags? Research before auction? Thanks!

@Rob Ko Honestly I would try Anderson Township, Clermont county and maybe northern Kentucky? I'm buying in Northern Kentucky. Specifically Dayton area. I've grown up watching my family buy in up and coming areas before they take off. My husband and I kept trying to find duplexes and quads for a while, but found that the return on investment would be very slim. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I would like introduce myself. I'm a new investor in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. I have been on the rental management side for 10+ years. I currently oversee 400+ doors. My husband and I just closed ln our first property. It needs a ton of work. We've had difficulty finding skilled work to give us a bid. I was hoping for any advice on how to find good trades. Thanks! Excited to be on the forum.

My husband and I are beginning to look into investing in a rental property (2-4 unit properties). We have saved enough money to start this process. My question: where to start? How did you start your income property venture? Did you find a broker/lender first or look for properties first?
