My tenant just notified me he's been without power for 3 days. He's been trying to rectify the issue. Come to find out he may be without power for a few more days. What are my responsibilities to him?

I do have the property under contract. I wouldn't try to wholesale a property without a contract. I would have a non-circumvention signed so that my end buyer doesn't try to contact my seller directly.

Do wholesalers in MA use Non-Circumvention Agreements?  I've been reading and it seems split.  It was my understanding this is standard procedure. Now I'm finding out it's not always done.

Hi all, I'm new to wholesaling and I just want some advise. I live in Massachusetts and wanted to know some of the most common legal mistakes wholesalers make?  I'm not really into breaking the law. Thanks!
