Has anyone had success with buying mobile homes outright and renting them?

There is a fenced yard, but I can see as a parent there still might be some concern. I agree that the rent could be reduced.

We have 2 other rental homes that are 3/2’s. Have never had a 4/2 as a rental so I’m wondering if a 3/2 is better for rental property.

Yes on ample parking. Schools desirable in this area and it’s a 4 bd/2ba house so it would most likely be a family with kids. Rental market good. Thank you for your opinion.

We found a rental investment home in a good neighborhood with desirable schools. The price is right: it needs work which we will be able to do, but the home is on a corner with a very busy street. Not sure whether to make an offer or not based on that. Opinions?
