I live in Reston, VA and really interested if anyone has experience in the northern Virginia market on what's the best investment strategy? I know that SFR's are expensive, I am interested in rental properties with descent returns , is this possible in this area? thanks!

I totally agree with you.... turnkey in my situation works great as I don't have a lot of experience and presence in the market... so far it works fine with me... @Igor Arango thanks for your message... a lot of resources available on turnkey investment here in BP: it's basically you invest in an already renovated rental and there is a team doing the renovation and property management for you... so basically minimum involvement from the investor... @Lynn T. thanks for your message and I look forward to connecting the zipcode is GA30180, prices around $100k and (roi/cash flow is around the 7%) @Tom Ott thanks Tom for sharing the links ...

Hi everyone; i am an investor from toronto and kind of new here with BP. I already got my first rental in Atlanta , GA (turnkey) earlier this year and I am interested to expand. I am looking for advice on which cities have good ROI and if turnkey the best strategy? Also where and how I can find affordavle properties/deals? Thanks

That's a great discussion, I am still new to BP.... and I was wondering if there are places in Ontario with high ROI and low initial spending (price)? I know now Toronto downtown core is very expensive and still very low ROI from rentals (3%) max..... any views on that ?
