Thank you, Bobby Montagne. I have been looking at homes that are less than $50k. Most lenders are not willing to make loans that are that small. Can you help in this instance? What are your terms?

I have a friend living in NYS. I live in NC. We are talking about buying rental property together in NYS. What is the best way to buy property together? Form an LLC?

I was looking for a Title company in NC and was told that only attorneys do closings in NC.
