@Allan C. Ended up calling plumber as tenant stated that water was coming up in both bathrooms and Kitchen. Plumbing company stated that it might be the grading.  If i had new copper plumbing installed before tenants moved in, shouldn't this be the contractors issue?

@Mary M. Yes, there is a 2nd bathroom but I received another call that this issue was happening on both toilets and kitchen.  So had tenant turn off water to house and called emergency plumber.  Plumber said there might be a grading issue so I need to have the plumbing camera'ed. Thank you.

I'm managing a family members SFR and I just got a call at 9pm tonight from the new tenant that water is coming out from where the toilet is screwed to tile. We just had the bathroom renovated before they moved in. I contacted the contractor, can this issue wait until tomorrow or does a plumber need to be called out tonight? Thank you in advance.
