Hello all I've just recently purchased my first home using an FHA loan. I am aware that there are certain requirements to have two FHA loans out at one time. My question though is if you refinance from a FHA loan to conventional can you use fha again?

I am interested in purchasing a property in Newark NJ and have found a home that fits my criteria. I am not too familiar with the sections of Newark. From my research I've discovered that the West and South wards tend to have the most crime. The home is located in Lowers Vailsburg which is in the west ward west of the parkway. Through my research I have found that east of the parkway on the numbered blocks is where most of the crime takes place. Just wanted to hear thoughts from investors in that area regarding the west ward section. Any insight would help. Thank you!

Good morning all. My name is Kareem Hyman I am a recent college graduate of Bucknell University and someone who is interested in pursuing a career in real estate. In an attempt to gain insight about various aspects of the industry I was hoping that I would be able to do some property management for investors around the central Jersey area. I am currently employed and looking to primarily handle these tasks on the weekends. If you acquire a property through tax liens do you own the property outright? if not what other payments must be made other than property taxes and insurance?

So Jerry using the example given what if you own 2 duplexes plan on using the fha to acquire a triplex and want more properties after that? How Do you go about that and can the units that are financed through the fha loan still be financed this way once you exceed the limit?

Hey everyone I was just wondering if the FHA loan could be used to purchase a 5 family home or does this begin to start falling into commercial real estate. If it does begin to fall into commercial are there any loopholes around that that would allow me to purchase a 5 family home with an FHA loan
