Hi everyone,

I am considering to get an investment property with disabled tenant. He was the owner but the house got foreclosed, so now he is staying there as a tenant with 2 year lease. He pays a way less than current market is. He is not friendly and I am afraid either he will stop paying the rent soon or he won't move out after the lease is up.  Would be the eviction process different because he is disabled? What should I be prepared for? Thanks!

 Hi Jay,

There are a lot of meetups in Central and Northern NJ where you can connect with seasoned investors, wholesalers and learn from them a lot.

Hi Anna,

Personally, I think a good area to start investing in NJ is Edgewater, but also consider Jersey city, Hoboken and Union city. Good luck!

Hi BP,

Please help. If I buy house for cash and then refinance, can I deduct interest from my taxable income? Thank you!
