I think it is a good idea! I send referrals to the investors I work with and then at the end I hope they list these properties with me.

@Account Closed I was not allowed to omit my last name. My broker told me that I have to use same name as in my passport.

When was the rent last increased?

What are my home needs and wants?

How long have the tenants been at the property?

What references and checks were taken for the tenant?

Have the tenant's ever been difficult to contact or refuse the access?

Hi @Edita D. I use it! It really gives you valuable information regarding neighborhood, crime rates and appreciation rates.

@Shannon K. Unfortunately, that is how Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation loan works. You have to choose one of bank-approved contractors.

@Henry Camacho It is negotiable. Did it twice and got both properties for 20% off the asking price! Good luck!
