Thank You All for taking the time to reply.

Much work ahead.

What measures do you incorporate in your property management to help maintain that residents are keeping  up their residents in a sanitary manner.

We have a drug infested apartment complex on our Urban Street that attracts fighting, litter, and unwanted activities.

I was told we might be able to evoke the Drug Abatement law where the property might be able to be seized by law officials. Any suggestions on cleaning up the property is appreciated.

Thanks,

Karen

Thanks. Do you have a copy of your lease with the correct language I can use as a template? We are in Ohio.

Living next door to a drug infested apartment complex. Would love to help out property manager screen and evict his troubled tenants. Anyone have any advice on the best way to monitor the rental unit to make sure they are keeping the property in good use. Any screening agents and tools are appreciated.

Thanks,

Karen

I have an individual wanting to rent my 5 bedroom house to workers hired in to this country. He said they will repair and upgrade the house and  I see the value of the house appreciating in 2-3 years.

OR

Option 2 Land contract for 3 years with a balloon payment. His payment same as renter. He is putting 20,000 down on property.

any feedback from the big boys appreciated.

Thanks,

Karen

I currently have the property up for sale by owner. Not getting any hits so thinking about carrying the note to help give an additional option for selling the property . It is free and clear so I want to learn more about carrying the note to make additional monies and get the house sold in a different option.

Thanks, Karen

Hey All,

Beautiful Day here in Ohio. Looking for a webinar or video to educate me on the benefits and drawbacks of carrying a note on my rental property for sale. Any links or insights appreciated.
