Hello, I am looking for property managers in Seattle who can rent by the room. Does anyone have experience working with good property managers who can rent by the room. I have a unit with 7 bedrooms and looking to rent it out.

These are really helpful. Thank you so much guys!

Hello, I recently bought a property with 2 levels. I have 6B in one unit and 2B in another basement unit. I am thinking of Airbnb'ing the property and wanted to see if anyone has any contacts for me for furnishing the place. Since the number of bedrooms and place is big it would be a ton of trips to for me to the stores/online purchases and because of my job I do not have the bandwidth to spend so much time on these purchases. So I wanted to see if there are any companies that would help me in furnishing the unit for Airbnb. I tried Cort rental and it seems insanely expensive.

Would appreciate any help from the community

I live in Seattle and I am looking at out of state properties in a couple of cities with good cashflow, one of the problem I have right now is finding real estate agents in those cities. I might have to fly down to look at those properties and I need a reliable agent to spend the time with me in showing me those properties and make my trip worth it since, I will be flying for a day or 2.

What do other investors in this community do when they are looking for out of state properties? Has anyone become a real estate agent/write the exam just for viewing properties on their own without depending on anyone ?

Being a newbie looking forward to this

I am applying for a HELOC and wanted to find out what is the effecting way to use the HELOC without affecting the credit score. My plan is to buyout investment properties with the cash from HELOC. The concern is, once I draw money from HELOC my credit score would be affected immediately and later when I approach a bank for a loan to pay off my HELOC I might get rejected because of low score.

Wanted to find out from experts what is the effective strategy to use HELOC without affecting your credit score when to go back to bank for a loan.
