Hi everybody! I have been doing a lot of reading and studying about real estate in general. More specifically, lately I've been looking into wholesaling. I have a decent income, I make $100k+ at my job and I just started saving money for my real estate investments. Basically, I'm looking into wholesaling because I want to jumpstart my real estate career and It seems like a low barrier to entry. Basically my question is: I live in North Dakota and I want to invest. I work 100 hours a week and I am on a 20 days on and 10 days off schedule every month. Driving for dollars wouldn't work for me. I could do direct mail marketing and internet marketing. How do I go about wholesale with my limitations on time and lack of ability of seeing properties because I live in a rural area? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 27 years old with a wife and three children and I am looking to invest in real estate within the next year. Your story is exactly where I would like to see my self in the future! @Thomas S. Thank you so much, I currently have a good paying job. I work in the oil fields in North Dakota. Im saving and getting my credit together. You would suggest getting rid of all debt to begin with before I save any money? Thanks for the input.

Hi everybody. My name is Kamenin Banks, i am 27 and I am new to real estate. I justed started reading The book on rental property investing. Bottom line, I really want to start a career in real estate investing. I am interested in rental property investing to be more specific. What are some actionable steps that i can take so i can land my first deal? I have no idea where to start.
