The homes are not listed below market value but most have been on the market for 2+ years. They are accepting very low offers. I have one that just appraised for 62k and has accepted and offer of 34k. I just see a bright future here with the trail system and many service accommodation options for houses you want hold long term. 

I am a newbie at investing. I’ve taken the last year and have invested in education. The market in Southern West Virginia has great potential. Especially around the Trail system. I have already found a few deals where the houses are being sold way below market value. Problem is that I’m just getting started. It’s hard to find the funds. What are some good ways to fund your deals? Any advice is welcomed!
