Thank you for the awesome advice. I'm new to podcast and found it easy to use. After reading your message, I downloaded the entire podcast collection and listened to them for about 4 hours. This is the information I've been searching for! Thanks again.

**NEED ADVICE PLEASE on the best use of my time, as I drive a commercial auto transport truck 10-16 hours 6 days per week. I travel up and down California to deliver vehicles. Los Angeles to San Fransciso, Sacramento, and everywhere in between.

**With all those hours spent in the truck driving, how can I learn more about real estate and ways to profit while traveling? (types of cds, videos (I know...), podcasts, mp3s,)

I'm willing to to cut off the radio, pandora and netflix permanently but I really need great quality material to replace the entertainment stuff.

After many years spent not knowing which career path to take and switching after a few years in a few areas, I have finally figured it out... *hint (has much to do with this site).

Looking to absorb the knowledge from those that have the experience and success in Real Estate. In exchange I'll post many gained experiences (Good/Bad) from the real estate information and advice given.
