Im a new investor in the state of Florida. Just wondering if all of the HML that are listed in the "Network" section of this platform have been vetted and screened through the BP site?

Hey there,

Im a first time investor and I am looking to acquire funding through PML/HML. I am apart of a few groups on FB and I left my email on a post in the group. later in that same day I got an email from someone saying g that they are a PML. Im not sure what to look for as far as scams go. He is asking for origination fees upfront and loan processing fees as well. Should I be weary? Thanks in advance!
