@Mike McCarthy

I wish the eclipse system was better. The format is really poor. It seems I HAVE to go into the municipal building for the initial license and then I can renew on the site. I will look into some local tow companies.

@Alex Capozzolo

Thank you, I am excited. You know Alex, the cardboard set up is the most innovative thing that I have heard! Haha The plan is to have them pay off the mortgage for now. I don’t think I’ll see positive cash flow until I move out of my unit.

Ike,

Thank you for your reply. I’m a philly native :) I’m in west philly too. I love talking with my neighbors. I just get tired of telling people things that I thought were common sense lol

I’m definitely all for investing in my city.

Hey guys, just bought my first duplex in a C area of Philadelphia. I’m house hacking and have been here for two months. I Iucked up with a drive way and two car garage. Here’s the thing, I haven’t been enjoying my neighborhood much. I constantly have to tell people not to park in the driveway. Two people stayed in my driveway to continue what they were doing. I know this is Philadelphia and city life is what it is. But I’m getting tired of living here already. I have not rented out the other unit yet, unable to get my licensure due to the municipal building being closed. I’d at least like to deal with an area I’m making money in! Take it easy with me folks, I’m a newbie. 26 years old in the game....
