@Brandon Pace hey Brandon! I live in hurricane and it has great short term rental potentials. How did you go about getting permitted for a short term? To my knowledge I believe there is an extensive wait list.

I am looking to make my first purchase in St. George or Cedar City area. I am hungry to make a move on a property and am willing to put in sweat equity. I have a couple of houses that I am very interested in buy and holding but I am worried I may not have the means to get approved for a loan. If anyone can give me advice or maybe we can meet up and talk about properties and possibly work out a deal I am more than willing.

I want purchase a property in a college town close to campus and rent it out. I am wondering what would be a better option. Renting out the whole place as one price or doing it room by room?

Does anyone have any insight in buying property next to colleges to rent to college students?
