Does anyone have experience buying a metal garage online? I see lots of options that offer free shipping on sites like ebay and amazon.

A bank-owned property I am buying has a C of O that requires a 3 car garage since the previous was leveled by the previous owner.

I was presented several self storage deals.

Curious if there is a minimum unit size/purchase price to syndicate as opposed to just a partnership or JV.

Contractors in Albany for a rental can be hard to find as most respectable one focus on high end single family homes.

In Albany I believe contractors have to be licensed and last time I checked most aren’t... same goes for plumbers and electricans. One of the main reasons I focused in Troy instead. 

So I am in the process of doing a cashout refi on a duplex I own. Bought the REO property in cash. While doing the title search my attorney (close friend) told me the bank (Bayview Loan Servicing) never served the previous owner in the foreclosure action. No record of this happening. What are my options? Anyone every experience anything like this?

Welcome to the capital region Daniel. I’m very familiar with the area after graduating from SUNY Albany and lived in a few surrounding neighborhoods. I also recently purchased a duplex in Troy. What neighborhoods are you interested in? Location is a huge determining factor because the difference between a nice and reliable tenant pool and a bad one can be a matter of a few blocks.
