I learned this from an overpriced guru; look on realtors and screen for ones who list "investment" on their bio. You can either call, beforehand or after you find a property, and ask if they are comfortable writing lowball offers. These are much more likely to work with you to reach your goals.

It really is that simple.

i am a insurance broker. I highly suggest you find a broker who understands how to insure investment properties. They have access to multiple carriers to suit your needs

Hello all! I am new to REI and really do not have a solid grasp on the dynamics of RE. However I am versed in stock chart reading and was wondering if there are funds/indexes and other interactive charts that I can monitor to get a feel for the RE market breadth.

Do any of you have any recommendations for real time data? I know this is a very broad question, but I need a starting point! Thanks
