@Michael Hicks Thanks for your response. You mentioned that you have done 1 owner financing deal through a realtor. Would you mind sharing if you have done any such deals directly with sellers?

@DJ Cummins Congratulations to you and your wife on your deal!

@Larry TurowskiWhat has been your experience in approaching agents with offers to purchase properties with seller financing? How often have you found sellers, with homes currently listed with agents, to be receptive to owner financing?

@Dean LetfusI see that you mentioned buying homes on seller financing with an interest rate of 1.7%. This appears to be a really great rate. I am interested in learning about your experience in obtaining such a low interest rate. Is it due to market conditions in your area? Are there specific incentives that you use to encourage sellers to finance on the terms that you mentioned? Thank you and I look forward to your response.

@Mark Marinaccio Congratulations on taking action and moving forward! I would like to know how this turned out. Did the numbers work on this project?

@Paul Ewing I notice that you own both manufactured homes and a standard home. I also see that you do most of the work on your projects. Would you mind sharing any details on how the cost of a rehab on a manufactured home compares to that of a rehab on a standard home?

@Will Barnard Would you please share what alerted you to the need for a termite report?
