Also Gosection8.com is excellent if you are looking to rent to section 8. It costs $49/mo, but it's well worth it as I've rented many units via that site.

Hi Jim, I've been getting most of my leads from Zillow and Trulia lately. I post on CL too but it's very crowded and spammy. With that said, I still use the Blade and get my highest quality renters from there still. But high quality to me means old people as I have a lot of 1 bedroom apts.

Zillow is the predominate one I use.  It shares with other similar sites.Craigslist seems to be less used these days, but still put it out there.

Usually between Facebook and Craigslist, I have gotten a lot of inquires but those aren't generating much after 1 week so I am going to try all of the others suggested and I will report back. There are some great suggestions here.

Craigslist was a good site for looking for rentals long time ago. Now it has a not of scams. So, before using it, you should read a bunch of articles how to avoid them.

Many great rental platforms are already mentioned here. I would like to add one more platform, which I found on review site, it’s called Rentberry. And it’s quite similar to Zilllow. We don't own rentals in Ohio, but we advertise on Craigslist and Postlets.  Postlets is great because it posts to lots of popular sites (zillow, trulia, etc.) for you, so you just manage the one ad on Postlets instead of lots of ads on lots of sites.  And it's free!
