@Maurice Colbert and @Corey Robinson, how were you able to pull the hard inquiries off your credit history? That seems to be the game changer for those who attempt to go for a second round and maybe even their first round. I've had a couple of hard inquiries that I'd like to erase from my history so that I may have a better chance at applying for something like Fund & Grow.

@Joe Fairless In the words of the late Zig, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want." His words, as well as your advice, resonate so much with me. I am trying my best to create win-win relationships with those around me, whether real estate related or just in life, so that we all can benefit together. Thanks for the advice.

@Joe Fairless Inspiring post for novice investors such as myself. Combining posts like this with podcasts like yours and others is helping me to think bigger (and scarier) about my goals. They seemed pretty unachievable a few months ago but are starting to see within reach as I learn more from every resource I can get my hand on. I'm still dealing with single family, for now, but eventually would like to own a few small apartments. Congrats on your $250M mark! I can only imagine that for me lol.

@Justin Sheley even though the cards are 0% interest for the first year, did you still have to make monthly payments towards them or did you pull as much money as you could and paid them off in full after the refinance?

I need look into using google maps more intensely. This is a great resource for keeping as a research tool. Are there other areas that you've done?

Aloha BP,

I've been a Minnesota Vikings fan since I was a little boy and figure why not look into the Minnesota market to expand my portfolio? It would be a great excuse to plan a trip to watch a live NFL game there while checking out a few properties I own. But before I do that, I wanted to connect with someone from that market who could help me with learning about the multi-family market (2-4 units) in the MN market. Thank you all in advance.

You are the average of the 5 people you surround yourself most with. If people are dropping off, you shouldn't be around them anyway. Instead, fill those spots with people you aspire to be like or learn from.
