@Sherief Elbassuoni@Trevor Ramos. Awesome!Thankyou for that,  It sounds like the rainier brewery  office space may actually end up working out But there will unfortunately be a limit on the amount of people that can attend Due to COVID. I am working on the date but would be great if it can be as soon as next Friday the 23rd and will post the limit and everything in the event listing.
The other option would be a large bar in Renton, I would love to hear everyone’s opinion on location.

Would also love to hear How everyone feelS about a “mastermind meetup”? This is based around everyone openly sharing what they have going on and what there next small or large steps are regarding realestate. Of course this is compared to a standard meetup of breaking off and talking amongst each other.

Sweet! And I definitely understand, did they say what the limit would be? so I can plan for making a max for the event Listing.
@Ben

@Ben BuckleyI actually have gone to that meet up and would have loved to keep going but it was hard for me to get that far north. That’s the only reason I wanted to start one a little farther south.

So excited on the amount of people that are down for this south end meetup! There are more off of bigger pockets too.
Sorry I didn’t reply I’m in the middle of a rehab on my rental.
As you saw in the thread micheal with JH1 has lead for a spot at the rainier brewery which would be awesome if the property management will allow us to meet there.

In the mean time a backup plan would be awesome, there is a place called the spot in Renton that may be a good option but does any one out there have any ideas where we could all meet at?? I can set it all up for “COVID friendly”

Thankyou Brandon, I am definitely working on setting this up and that could be a great spot! The only concern would be if it’s too far out of the way for those who are coming from burien, Renton, etc.

What are tour thoughts on location?

Glad I’m not the only one!
sounds good though,I am getting on it. I still would really like to check out this space that’s available at the rainier brewery and also a few other places but I will definitely let you know when we get something figured out and will post an event.

Glad to hear there are others interested! Definitely would be up for any ideas, currently I have someone that offered a space for free at the Rainer brewery, not sure on the details but could be promising. It would ideally be the best to try and make something around Renton so it is kind of in the middle for people from Seattle and Tacoma to attend if they chose.
Nic, I must say I have lived here all my life and somehow missed that are was called Colombia city haha. It’s a decent location as far as far enough south and if there is a great spot I’d love to check it out.

Ryan we can definitely connect and brainstorm if your interested? Let’s see if we can make this happen! Been waiting a long time for a south end meet up.

Thankyou for that Michael! I honestly am very interested in doing this, I have really been wanting to attend one and since there aren’t any I’m definitely up for making one happen. And again I appreciate the offer for the rainier brewery spot and that may be a great option! I was originally shooting for something a little farther south but that is such an awesome spot and Thankyou So much for offering that up! I am going to work on structuring this and if we did use that location how would we need to proceed?
