A fellow investor from NoCal told me that she had heard that Foreclosure.com had just launched a new program that would provide financing for investors interested in purchasing at a trustee sale. I have not had any luck getting info from Foreclosure.com nor can I find anything on Google.

Anyone out there heard anything similar?

I just tested it on a recent sale in San Clemente and it gave me a range from $720,000 to $860,000. I suspect the program is just using geographic data vs. comparing like property which is why there is such a broad range.

I got my license 12 months ago and started in an office with 10 other new agents....I am the only one left. I have closed 10+ million in volume in the past 12 months.

I now coach new agents coming to my office and I tell each one that there are two keys to success - treat real estate like a full time job and work hard to be the most informed. Knowledge is truly power in this industry and to build a solid client base you need to be able to add value to the deal. There are hundreds of agents out there.....differentiate yourself by being an expert at what you do.
