**Beginner Question Looking for some advice or success stories on finding that FIRST DEAL! I spend a lot of time looking at real estate as a RE agent but what are some things I can be keeping an eye out for to help me find my first deal? All suggestions and advice welcome.

Hey BP,I’m a current RE agent in the Raleigh/Durham area. Looking buy my first investment property in the next 6 months to a year so I’ve been reading as many books as possible and listening to a ton of podcasts. Would love to chat with some other investors in my area or other areas to get some advice from and bounce ideas off of. I don’t want to make any hasty decisions but this market is booming and I don’t want to miss out.
