Hey everyone how’s it going! I’m new to real estate investing I’m about ready to start looking and in a couple month hopefully Brrrr my first out of state rental property. I found a property I really like in Nashville Tennessee , but I want to make sure that i’m analyzing it correctly would anyone be willing to help me out! And if I were to go head and pursue this property would anyone know an investor or a private money lender who would lend me money in order to go through with my deal? Thank you

How’s it going everyone!! I’m 18 years old in the Downey ca area. Do you have any advice as to how I could find a real estate investor in my area that I can potentially get in contact with and possibly grow a connection with and learn from ? I’ve tried direct messaging somewhat popular investors in different areas, but they usually say that I should try to find one in my area. Any advice ? Thank you
