The title says it all! Reaching out to all Sacramento County real estate professionals, can you recommend any great title companies in the area that are proficient with wholesale deals? Looking to have a couple in my pocket for some upcoming deals.

Thanks everyone, all the best!

Hey All! Newer to the RE investment world and I was curious how a HELOC works as far as repayment is concerned. I know they’re simply a line of credit structured around your current equity in a property, so do you just make payments on the balance that you carry monthly, plus interest (similar to a credit card)? Thanks! Justin
