Real Estate Agent/New Investor

Hello BP!

I want to introduce myself and get the first blog post award! I have been working as a real estate agent for about a year in the Greater Sacramento Area of CA. My last two listings have been good (not great) deals for investments which has triggered my interest to be more experienced on the investment side of things. In addition, my wife and I want to get our real estate portfolio started.

Our local market isn't the best for flipping unless you can find that great deal and keep rehab cost down but it might be possible for BRRRRs as rental prices are increasing quickly. My wife works as a bad *** project manager with 10 years experience commercial construction specifically with TI work and I have my CA real estate license. We are looking to build our team and get started!

Looking forward to being involved in this awesome community!

Cheers,

Justin Cecil

P.S. My favorite business book right now is Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss.
