Hey @Tammy Skeath great job! Quick question on the cash out...do you know how duplexes are appraised? I want to do the BRRRR strategy on a duplex, I'm assuming the best way to figure out an ARV is looking up duplex comps. Is it as easy as that or is there more to a duplex as far as ARV?
