I just wanted to introduce myself to the bigger pockets community. My name is Bob Ruskowski and I am a realtor in Springfield PA (DELCO).  I am also a newer investor having turned my first twin home in Folsom PA into my first rental about to sign my second year with the same tenant.  I'm hoping to learn and network with local like minded professionals in the area.  My goals are to build a strong business in multiple avenues of real estate and help others do the same.  Thank you for your time!
