Adam,

I agree with you. 0-4 with local lenders. Hoping anyone can come across this with a referral.

Jack,

Thanks! Do you have any lenders you would recommend who don't sound surprised when this is brought up?

Hi All,

I'm a newly licensed RE agent/Investor in Charlotte, North Carolina.  I know many of you who are licensed use your (buying) commission earned as a part of their down payment.  I understand this varies state to state.

My question- Does North Carolina allow this, and does anyone have a recommended lender who understands what we are trying to accomplish?

Thanks,
Justin Reed

@Aldo RicaurteUse the Ink card to buy your gas too! (gas gift cards at office supply stores) Happy Point Collecting!

The only thing you cannot buy with Ink Card at office store is Visa/Mastercard gift cards that have a loadable amount- 20-500 load gift cards.  You can buy fixed amount gift cards at Staples no problem.

Get a Chase Ink Business Card.

5X's earnings (Chase ultimate reward points) at office supply stores.

Buy the Home Improvement gift cards at Office Depot/Staples.

Use Home Improvement gift card at Lowes/Home Depot or whoever accepts it.

Cheers!

Matt,

What about a cold fogger (rent at home depot) using Concrobium?  I have been told that takes out oders, and kills mold/mildew.
An additional product is Microban X590.  This is a little more 'advanced', the Concrobium Mold Control is pretty safe.

Best of luck!

Justin

@Jim R.A meet and great might be in store at the new Cigar lounge on 150.  The inside of the place looks like it belongs in Vegas!

Thank you all for the kind welcome! There are not a lot of industries left, to where a group can come together, to both learn and grow.

@Cindy Bowman Thank you for the recommendation!  I will make sure to let them know you referred me!

@Greg Mucha I hope to see you at July's meeting!

@Jasmine S.Thank you for the welcome. I hope to cross paths in anyway sometime soon!

@Michael AskewAre you active in the REI meetings/networking here in town?
