I am looking at purchasing a duplex in Tulsa that is a 3/2 on one side and 2/2 on the other.  Does anyone have any insight as to how 2/2 homes do in the Tulsa market?  All of my properties are at least 3 bedrooms so don’t know if the demand is still there and how much of a hit you take on rent.

I may be kind of biased, but my wife is an agent with Keller Williams and we have investment properties, she works with another investor on a regular basis to find homes, and she has worked with others off and on.  Feel free to reach her at [email protected] or directly at 918-640-5018.

I always use Allegiance Title.  Brandy and Lindsay are excellent.

So, we just purchased our first rental property and am looking to get organized from the get go for the long haul. Does anyone have any suggestions on software to use that can track expenses for tax purposes for personal income(W-2), rental properties, and also for my wife's real estate agent income. We have separate LLC's for the rental properties and real estate agent income along with separate bank accounts of course. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
