Calling all Tulsa Investors! I am looking for a couple recommendations for someone to remodel the bathrooms in a duplex I own.  Looking for a good contractor that can navigate quality vs cost as we all know is important in the rental world. 

Might also check with Forever Home Inspection if you haven’t already found someone.  I have used them for several and are using them for my most recent purchase in Claremore.

I am looking to purchase a property in Wagoner, OK but am worried about the quality of tenants that I might be able to get there due to a smaller pool to pull from than in the Tulsa area.  Does anyone have much experience in this area?
