Kim shoot me a message, I do these types of deals in another state and might be able to answer some of your questions. 

As a realtor I get connected with all sorts of investors. Recently I have one that runs a great passive investment program out of Canada and is looking to expand into the US. 

Because of this, their company is looking for a $5m capital partner here in the US. Their system is proven and they already have 400 properties in their portfolio in Canada. 

If you are part of an organization or have the capability of funding a program like this yourself, please reach out. I will ask for examples of your past investment ventures and proof of funds before their process is discussed and you're introduced to my clients.

Hey everyone I am just curious what investors are using to evaluate deals here in Hartford? I have access to a tool that analyzes the MLS and FSBOs for great deals against comparable properties and wondered if this would be useful in this market. I am not sure how many people do the BRRRR method which this is primarily for. If this sounds like something youd use lets connect so I can get some feedback on how it would be useful to more people here. Fyi I am an agent so if you're already working with one I do not want to step on any toes.
