Hello all-

I’m a grad student in Washington looking to get my commercial real estate career started in San Diego after graduation. I’m also actively learning all I can about real estate investing (reading books, talking to local investors, taking classes, etc). If any of you are reading this and have any advice for a 22 year old looking to start their career in this industry, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

Duncan, thanks for sharing. I've done some digging since I originally posted this. The consensus definitely seems to be to wait and see what exactly happens over the next couple of months. I'll have to check that document as well!

Hey all-

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience or knowledge regarding Qualified Opportunity Zones and O Funds. I am just getting familiar with the topic, as it seems to be relatively new. Seems like it could benefit investors very much if used correctly. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, My name is Justin Page and I am a senior in college. Recently, I read Brandon Turner's book on rental property investing. I can't get enough of it!!! I am on zillow daily, looking at properties, running calculations. I know I am very young in this industry, but I am excited the opportunities it could present in the future. I do have one major question to start this discussion- If you could tell your 21 year old self something to do, regarding real estate investing, what would it be? I look forward to your answers!
