You should be able to qualify. They will look at your income, job history and credit as a normal home loan.

I would try to use conventional financing on your first deal. Many investment lenders (hard money/dscr) will also charge a premium if you are just getting started as well

better not be lol. It’s a big master closet, and the tenants snuck in extra guests. One of my first stays when I started airbnb. They had a few kids sleep in the closet

I use Bank of America - they make it pretty easy to set up accounts like that

My lender told me about how she uses her SBL line of credit for many of her investments. If you use it to invest in RE, could you go into detail about your experience and if you will continue to do so?
