Hello BP! I am somewhat new to investing. I am curious as to know if doing a double close would be needed as I do not want my end buyer to see the actual amount of the assignment fee. Usually double closings or simultaneous closings are done for REOs or short sales. Would anyone recommend doing a double closing in this type of situation?
