the thing is i dint want to leave the baseboard heat because i will have to pay for it since it is not seperated

about 1100 square ft. Per unit

have you looked into mini split systems? Im in a similar situation i have a 3 flat and its 1 furnace wich i pay. The only thing they have seperated is electric. Im looking into this system dat way it can be connect to their meter and they would pay their heat.  plus it would add a/c and i could increase the rent a bit.

did you get  a price on the system and install?

Hi I'm in a situation regarding mini split system. I Just bought my first rental property, it is 3 flat in a Chicago suburb. I currently have baseboard heater heating and have to pay the entire gas bill my self because its not separated. I was looking into mini splits, that way it would be connected to their electric meter and they would pay all of their utilities. It would also have a/c which they dont have at the moment. Any suggestions ???
