I have a few more SFH rentals that need renovation. Sadly I'm still working on the last couple. Looking for partner options to keep the wheels turning at a good speed. I'm at full capacity and sometimes it takes a Team! Looking for win/win options.

 43612, 43613, 43614, 43615 are good choices in my opinion. 43605, 43607, 43608, 43609 I would avoid.

Michael is spot on. ‘20 is quite old run down places and it’s easy to pick up something in the not great part if you’re not there. The returns are okay but so would the headaches be.

I am looking for long-term refinance lending to follow on from my hard money lending for purchase and a rehab. The values on the houses after rehab are from 50k-80k approx and we are from overseas with LLC's in Ohio. Currently sitting on 5 places and looking to secure the next step so I can continue to purchase.

Any BP recommendations or connections would be appreciated.

Debi Kennedy and Mike Mocek at Remax are great. I’ve just done a section 8 with the help of a property manager in Toledo. It can takes months to set up but stable once you get through that.
