Post: Should I let my real estate licenses go?

I mean your paying $1100 + your realty fee a year for the MLS and support from your Realtor peers IF they choose to help you!

I dropped my license:

1. You market for wholesaling the same way you market for home buyers, it’s just another niche with another script.

2. The money is faster and better.

3. Fresh deals with leverage of no fiduciary duties.

..not implying that I screw people over

I’m actually having the same problem. I’m also like 22 years old and don’t want a woman who isn’t in R.E. I’m not quite that successful yet but I’m hoping to find her in my next deal haha.
I’m a realtor for Keller Williams Realty, I’m on a team with 3 other agents 2 admin and a prospector who calls around to different neighborhoods everyday to find deals before they even hit the market. So not only will you have me at your disposal but my team as well give me a call we can set an appointment to go over your needs and wants and take it from there.

How’s it going Raylan if one day you choose to invest an hour out into Rochester, I’ll be your go to guy for deals haha, I have 3 right now in the 19th ward for anyone else who is already investing in Rochester, you know 19th ward is one of the best neighborhoods to invest into. Contact me.

Hey Oren I’m a partner of Keller Williams in Rochester. I would suggest you look for properties in the 19th ward and corn hill, I also have a buyer with a 6 unit apt building in your price range, shoot me a message, I have a property management company you can do some research on and interview me as well. I look forward to working with you.

I think you should go for it, it’s not as time consuming as you think or what people are saying. You have the marketing aspect of it so that’s good but let me tell you something that’s key in this industry. “Whoever talks to the most people wins” remember that and apply it if you ever do decide to become an agent, anything is possible as long as you try and don’t give up
