Loved reading these posts about Fortune Builders! I love recognizing hype and sales pitches, and of course in the end.........I enjoy practicing my "NO!!!"

Loved reading these success stories! I am curious also about if you are using wholesalers or are you finding deals for yourselves? Thank you !

@Ryan Biankowski  The Home Depot thing can actually be a smoking good deal for rehabbers!! I worked there for a year as a Do It Herself Gal and learned so much!!! Make sure you check out the scratch and dent section for not only appliances but other things they put in their too. I have saved so much money on things by buying in this section. And their return policy is simple, they want your business!! In my experience they really are a great company to do business for.

My sister has a solatube in her kitchen and it looks nice, she and her husband both like it. Let's in a lot of light. Nice that you suggested it Rick!

Hi Tyler, I'm from Simi Valley, CA and moved to San Antonio about 5 years ago. If there is one thing I have learned from BP it's to start local. I understand what you mean about the area you are in. Maybe someone else will have more info for you.

Wow, I'm bummed no one has responded to this post. I was watching to see if people would recommend a good crew, or at least some kind of help, or service.

I'm assuming, along with finding good deals, contractors are the next biggest burden. Hope it goes well for you!

Blessings, Julie

I'm in the San Antonio, TX area, I am continuing my REI education through BP, and some other venues.

Several things keep going through my mind as I want to make passive monthly income through Multifamily units.

1. Can you please list your PERSONAL EXPERIENCES good vs. bad

2. Would you do it again?

3. Do you personally manage or use a Property Management Co?

Thank you for you time and consideration!

God Bless!
